Exceptionally clean hotel with one of the best views, we think it's a brilliant place for staying in Naples. The venue has functional rooms and professional and very supportive staff from the Front Desk to the F & B staff to the housekeepers. Also, the location is comfortable and absolutely perfect, minutes from a medieval fortress.

I greatly enjoyed incredible employees!
The setting was quite great and lovely within easy reach of a medieval fortress. Main street and a theater were very close to the venue. I ate at an excellent restaurant for dinner.

I loved the fine views of Vesuvius from the terrace and the fantastic central location that put us just a short walk from the beautiful Galleria Umberto I and the vibrant street life of Naples.

I was amazed that there was no free WiFi access in the rooms. The hotel wanted 9 euros/day. This is certainly no longer an international standard!

This place is just a decent option for short visits in Naples with decent value for money. The breakfast service was a bit slow, but the food was good and well-prepared. For better room comfort, check if you can get a room away from loud noise at night.

No WiFi in room Internet stupidly expensive. Excursions proposed by the hotel stupidly expensive (over 50% more than alternatives) Staff doesn't speak french and very limited english. Breakfast buffet very simple. Some clerks really unhelpful.
